How do I sign in?+
Connect an EVM or Solana wallet and sign a short message. Signing does not send a transaction, costs no gas and gives DoveIntel no access to your funds. We never ask for a seed phrase.
What are DLP points?+
DLP (Dove Loyalty Points) are an off-chain loyalty record for using DoveIntel: daily check-ins, verifying tokens, reading the Daily Brief and more. They are not a token, cannot be transferred or sold, and carry no promise of future value.
Why did I not receive points for an action?+
Most actions have daily limits, and capped actions stop at 100 DLP per day. Duplicate scans of the same token on the same day do not count twice. If something still looks wrong, open a ticket and include what you did.
My project's trust score looks wrong. What can I do?+
Open the token page and use the Report button, or open a ticket here with the token contract. A person reviews it and the scan is re-run. We do not accept payment to change a score, and the same rules apply to every token, including ones tied to AiDove.
How do I delete my account?+
Open Account, scroll to Privacy and data, and choose Delete my account. It erases your points, chats and watchlist permanently. You can export your data first.
Does DoveIntel give investment advice?+
No. Trust scores are automated analysis of public data. They can be wrong or out of date. A high score means a token passed our checks, not that its price will rise.
The Telegram bot is not replying.+
The bot only answers in private chats. Press Start in a direct chat with @DoveIntelBot. To link your account, use Connect Telegram on your Account page; links expire after 10 minutes.
